Shipping, Delivery, Refunds


Standard jewelry & accessory orders are packed and shipped Monday – Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the order date. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day. Orders are shipped to the “ship to” address you enter in Paypal at the time of checkout. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or shipping information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. All customers will have the option to choose standard USPS delivery or an express option at checkout. Local Houston customers will have a free “local pick up” option at checkout based on their zip code, and can choose that option or a paid shipping option. Local shipped orders typically arrive the next day. If local pick up is chosen, please contact us at to arrange pick up from the Humble or IAH area. As soon as an order has shipped, an email confirmation with the USPS tracking number will be sent via Paypal to the email address on file.

Custom Monogram & Personalized Jewelry Orders begin processing within 24 hours of purchase/payment receipt. Standard shipping can take as long as 30 days from order date on domestic US orders. An express option is available on all custom orders and those are processed within 2-3 weeks. Local customers will not have a local pick up option on custom orders.

Mixed orders with both standard and custom items will be shipped seperately. Each will be shipped with above guidelines.

Tracking – Standard shipping is First Class mail with the USPS. A tracking number is provided at the time of shipping and all deliveries can be verified with the USPS (but not tracked in transit). We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service. If you would like to be able to better track the progress of your delivery, please select an express shipping option which will provide tracking details throughout the shipping process.

Refunds- Costume jewelry orders can be returned to our shipping address within 7 days of receipt for a refund not to include the original shipping cost.

Custom made jewelry is non refundable. Should you have issues with workmanship within 30 days of receipt such as broken clasps or chains, please contact us and we will gladly discuss our workmanship return policy.
