If you have an account, you can check the status of your order at anytime, by simply logging into your account and clicking “View Order Status”.
All orders are shipped using the ship to address entered at the time of Paypal checkout. If you need to change your order delivery location, please contact us immediately at email@example.com with your order number as the email subject and we will work with you to correct the ship to address if necessary.
All Custom jewelry orders (monogrammed & personalized) will take approx 30 days to manufacture and ship.
Once an order has been shipped you will receive the tracking number by email from Paypal. Delivery confirmation is updated by the US Postal Service and can be tracked with the tracking number in the email provided.
We make no guarantees on shipping as we are at the mercy of our service providers. We quote delivery expectations based on the service used. When in doubt please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to track the shipment for you and update it’s status.
